Registration Fees

NASA Member-Owners

  • Member-Owner Attendees: $995
  • Spouse/Guest: $395

Registration fees will be deducted from your Patronage Dividend if you register by March 24th.  After this date your registration fees must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.  

NASA Preferred Metal/Operational Suppliers

  • Complimentary for up to Four (4) Company representatives
  • Additional attendees: $995
  • Spouse/Guest: $395

Any Supplier that registers more than Four (4) employees and/or brings a
Spouse/Guest must pay via credit card at time of registration.

The Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes - Orlando, FL

To book your room, you must register for the Annual Meeting first.  The link to the NASA room block will be sent to you in your confirmation email once you register.  Link to make your hotel reservation is located at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Inspired by the grand palazzos of Italy, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is a true luxury resort which calls America's playground home. 

The room block is available for meeting attendees for $309 per night, plus a discounted resort fee of $20 per night per room. Resort fees cover the use of many resort amenities including WiFi, fitness center, daily bike rental through Grande Lakes Sports, transportation to Sea World, Universal Studios and Disney theme parks, driving range privileges and daily recreational activities.  The cancellation policy for individual room reservations is 3 days.

Room reservations must be made by March 29th in order to guarantee the NASA room block rate.
