NASA Annual Golf Outing -
October 15, 12:00 pm

The annual golf outing will take place at Wildfire Golf Club onsite at the Palmer Signature Course.

Entry fees are $225 per golfer which includes box lunch, cart, practice balls, and professional tournament services. Club rentals are $75 per set.

Please register online as soon as possible, as space is limited. If you are renting golf clubs be sure to specify right-hand or left-hand clubs. The deadline to register for the golf outing is October 1, 2021. After October 1, 2021, cancellations, refunds, additions, or changes are not permitted.

If you plan on attending the Golf Outing, please be sure to register within the Annual Meeting registration.  For questions regarding the Golf Outing, please contact lauren@steelalliance.com.

Spouse - Guest Activity - Desert Hike

Thursday, October 14 - 8:30 am

One of the best ways to enjoy any environment is by hiking; this morning tour will get you just far enough into the desert to enjoy some serenity and sweeping views. When our boots meet the desert, we’ll make sure that everyone has plenty of water, and we’ll bring some energy snacks along as well. Our guides will open up this amazing resource with information, anecdotes, and observations of the area through which our carefully selected trail winds.

  • 9:45 am - 10:00 am - Guests board transportation
  • 10:00 am - 10:25 am - Travel time to trailhead
  • 10:30 am - 12:30 pm - Hike time
  • 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm - Travel time back to hotel

Annual Meeting Safety Protocol

To host a successful meeting and out of an abundance of caution for our attendees, the NASA Board of Directors has recommended the following protocols for the Annual Meeting.  

  1. Face masks/coverings will be required in all official NASA indoor activities including our General Sessions held on Thursday and Friday morning. Our dinners for both evenings are scheduled to be held outdoors and face masks/coverings will be optional.  Please be respectful of fellow attendees and adhere to this requirement as we strive to find a solution that maximizes attendance in this difficult time for all involved.
  2. If you are uncomfortable with wearing a mask, or feeling ill, please be mindful of those with health conditions and choose to attend virtually.  There will be a virtual option for the Annual Meeting.  Details and login instructions will be shared closer to
    the meeting date.  The virtual option will include the General Sessions which are held on Thursday and Friday morning from
    8:30 – 12:00 Mountain Time.  These sessions will not be recorded. 
  3. A paperless option for the Annual Meeting Pamphlet and daily agenda will be available via a QR Code.
  4. Our General Sessions will be socially distanced at each table and throughout the Ballroom.
  5. Color coded stickers will be available at the registration desk to apply to your name tag to signal your comfort level with personal interaction.  Green (ok with hugs and handshakes), Yellow (ok with talking but not touching) and Red (I’m keeping my distance).

If your in-person attendance has changed, please utilize the virtual option and notify Lauren Rizzo at lauren@steelalliance.com so she can cancel your registration.  Remember to cancel your room reservation directly with the hotel.

 

2021 Annual Meeting Virtual Information

As part of our 2021 Annual Meeting being held in Phoenix, Members and Suppliers that have chosen not to attend in person, will have the opportunity to participate virtually.  The General Sessions being held Thursday, October 14th and Friday, October 15th morning can be accessed via a Zoom Meeting link.  There is a different link for each day, so please register for which ones you will attend.  As a reminder the meetings will be held from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm Mountain time. 

To register for the Zoom meetings please register here.  For security purposes you will need to access the meeting from a recognizable Company address so that we can verify attendees joining the meeting.  Unfortunately, no cell phone or personal email addresses will be allowed to join the Zoom meeting.

Virtual attendees will be allowed to ask questions via the chat function at the bottom of the screen.  Our General Sessions will not be recorded although we will post the Guest Speaker presentations on our website under the Co-op Info tab and click on Meeting Information.

Anyone that has not been vaccinated please consider either getting a Covid-19 test 48 hours prior to the meeting with negative results or elect to attend virtually.  This is not a requirement but a request out of consideration for your fellow meeting attendees.
